How do you get that speed on a board when you are sitting down most of the time? ;)

Everyone: The point he was making about the 278.1mph was referring to the fact that the GPS lost its signal so it reported a super fast time from point A to B when the signal was lost. You all were joking werent you? ;)

Right some proper non skiing related wibble here.

I am looking to buy a car in January and am having trouble deciding what to get. I thought "who better to ask, than my J2 friends who know everything about everything...." :roll:

I keep looking at cars and am not finding anything that I really like. I am not a badge snob by any stretch of the imagination so it does not HAVE to be an Audi or BMW not a KIA or SKODA - get the picture ;)

So, criteria

- Medium sized car, size of Focus, Peugeot 307, etc
- Petrol
- '59 plate oldest
- up to £8500
- Hatchback, not estate
- Manual
- Reasonable MPG
- Ability to put the seat down to throw a load of camping gear in the boot

Any suggestions? :roll:
