Can't believe I missed the opportunity to talk about one of my favourite subjects

Whether skiing or not, footwear is a major consideration

But seriously; I usually take snow boots for stomping about apre ski and slippers for indoor wear :)

Indeed, ask anyone who knows me, my hair is legendary.

Legendary, you mean like in the past?
HELLO - Am I speaking the same language as some of those who have posted above?

We have always invited other J2Skiers to join in and I cannot see anything but welcome in my earlier comment, have I missed something?

Last year was done exactly the same way. We book the accommodation first so that we can get a big enough place reserved.

We have started with those that expressed an interest over the last 2 seasons. There is room in the Sauze Hotel for others who want to join us, which is why we have now invited anyone else who wants to come.

It is impossible to please everyone. AllyG does a brilliant job akin to herding cats to get this holiday organised.

We researched the resort and hotel and cannot comment on what it was like 5 years ago! We trust that those who have posted recently on Trip Advisor weren't telling porkies just to screw up our holiday. We are going in January, we expect it to be cold. We hope there is lots of snow and suspect that this is more likely at this time of year.

The snow gods have smiled on us the last 2 seasons, we hope that they will smile on us again in 2015. If they don't then at least we know that we will still have a good time, as we are a friendly bunch and intend to enjoy ourselves.

We also welcome newbies to the gang and were pleased that some new people and some old friends came this year. It was great fun.

Don't knock it till you have tried it.
It has taken a bit of wrangling and the usual emailing and phoning but we have made a definite booking now and would welcome seeing other J2Skiers in Sauze.

If you are looking for a mixed group to ski with who are all very friendly and top people (if I do say so myself) then come and join us.

We have had a blast the last 2 years and can cater for all abilities. No pressure to ski till you drop or stop for coffee every five mins. We just mix and match and go with the flow.

Don't be shy.......... ;-)

Would have thought on the way home from the pub would have been more helpful?

I suppose I could always whip it out of my pocket again on the way out of the pub :?:

I said I wore my bobble apres ski, on the way to but not in the pub.

Bad hair day, not me, I wear a helmet, keeps my hair nice and smooth

An interesting point actually. You don't see many helmets worn in the pub. Why do people wear bobble hats? And why would you change from one to the other?

Because I can fold up my bobble and shove it in my pocket leaving both hands free for a beer of course
