It will make me think twice. It has made me stop and think of other places to go and next year it will most likely be Italy and Austria.
I have used the service before, although not on every trip, but i like to have the choice.

One thing that is for certain though is that i will not use ESF again unless 100% necessary. Even as far as not booking lessons through a TO incase they use them.

Perhaps the reasons you see less goats on the piste is that they tend to congregate in the snow park? I say lets build one hugh 'stash' in the pyrenees and see them gone for good.

That would be true if a TO's ski host was teaching....but they are not.

My hope would be that each TO would now employee a full time qualified british guide for each of its french resorts and continue to offer the service.
