Was snowing all day yesterday, i was in Pal and we had atleast 6 inches by around 2pm when i left, it slowed in the afternoon but picked up in the evening, we had more snow during the night, and its continuing to snow this morning.

Before the snow conditions were a bit poor in places, esspecially Pal, but yesterday conditions were far better :)
Im flying out to Andorra on Sunday, will try to post some information for you 10th Jan guys during the week, will be sking mainly vallnord but will be spending atleast a day at GV.

Current forecast looking good and andoride.com reported 20cm fresh snow so things looking more promising than they looked a few days ago :)
Good news is that despite a long dry period, the cold conditions meant that a good portion of the snow that fell earlier this month remained in place espiecially where aided by cannons. Currently things are warming up but despite fears of rain there has been 20-30cm new snow over the last few days and looking at the webcams today it looks like another good dump is currently underway. The only concern is as the warmer temperatures take hold in the next few days there is the possibility of rain, but from what i have read (via google translate of various forums nevasport, andorramania) the risk of major rainfall seems to be diminishing.

I certainly wouldn't worry if you not going for another month, im heading to Andorra on the 3rd Jan and im not concerned.
looks like another welcome dump of snow is currently on going in Andorra, watched a road get cleared (on a Pas de la Casa webcam) and within a few minutes the evidence of this was erased by fresh snow :)
amateurs....

...the pros redirect there webcams towards a nearby snowy peak or upper slopes where there is snow

I think we will be fine...relax people.

So my little snow dance is working just fine then !!

I think your dance may work for lowing temperature too. No snow in Arinsal yet but the forecast say -1 to -6 next week so it must come soon!

Appreciate the efforts

Temp must be low enough now as the canons are firing in Arinsal.

don't know how to tell you this but i was watching that webcam and they only had them firing for a short time, there was no snow accumulating so i assume they were just testing them :(

Both vallnord and GrandValira due to open 28th November now scheduled to open 4th and 5th of December respectively, snow cannons were reported to be running at Vallnord today, not that I saw any action on any of the webcams :(, some snow is expected this weekend, picture and details available at link below

It seems like snow cannons are in operation, they can be seen during the night on this webcam - http://andorrawebcams.andorramania.com/pal.php
