Hi Daz

Thanks for the reply, I have been checking out the cams on the Marmot Basin website i was just seeing if there was any body out there who could give us an update on the weather/skiing/ snow condition's. Not a big problem you know what it is like trying somewhere new for the first time, I can not wait to see deer and elk walking the street it must be unreal. We have heard about the brill views on the journey to Jasper but we have transfers included so will not be driving but hope to see the scenery as we are landing just after lunch.

Thanks again for the reply

How much snow in the town

Hi

Typical female question here..... We are going to Jasper end of February, how much snow is lkely to be in the town? I want to make sure I have the right footwear for walking to the bars / restaurants but don't really want to trudge around in my Timberlands if there isn't much snow in the town  not suggesting wearing stilletos either!

HI James

Thanks for the info. I am so jealous of you at the moment and want to move to Canada now, We are bringing our own ski's and boots and was not sure if they allowed people to transport them on the ski buses and do not fancy carryig 2 pair of boots in a back pack on the slopes. I suppose we may get more inforamtion when we get there unless there is anyone out there who can throw any more light on it ?.

thanks again

Hi All

We are off to Jasper at the start of March for 2 weeks, Now i know we will have to get the ski bus but are there ski and boot storage facilities at the slopes and if you have any idea of the cost it would be great

Thanks
