As Pablo's gone awol I'll be poaching his lines then...
Two pics of one of my favorite slopes anywhere...
At least two other j2skiers have skied here more than once, but where? 8) |

A clear memory of riding that chair a couple of years ago... it stuck in my mind as the pisteurs were training a trio of Alsatians in avalanche rescue on the slope to the left. On our next ride up we saw them coming down - three pisteurs skiing in perfect sync, one behind the other, and each carrying a large hairy dog! I'll drop a photo in once you've got Pablo's then. |

Here you go - Snow Conditions near Geneva
Whatever the reports say, you MUST check with the resort offices before you make plans though; snow conditions are changing quickly (for the better at the moment!) and resorts quite often have partial / restricted openings this early in the season. Higher resorts like Zermatt and Verbier will be your best bet, of course, but lower resorts with snow will be quieter. |

 Fabulous area but Guide recommended up there too if it's unfamiliar; the off-piste is steep and a wrong turn can put you in big trouble very quickly. |

+1 8) 22 years and 2 months ago I fell over (many times) on the glacier at Tignes! I plan to ski on my 100th birthday. :D |

He has an impressive section in Dynasty too. Big mountain lines at World Cup speeds  Great stuff. |
