Ste Foy, looking down the valley toward Bourg. Villaroger and Le Pre are the villages on the other side of the valley, with the slope to the left being the lower section of the Aiguille Rouge. 8)

Italian Lakes; Como, Garda, Maggiore. Majestic scenery, reasonable prices, quaint villages, great pizza and lovely locals. Sorted.
Oh, pick your town according to the seriousness of your sailing! All the lakes have thermal winds in the summer. North end of Garda, in particular, can go from flat calm to F6 in 20 minutes... :mrgreen: Amongst others, there's a cable car at Malcesine (very pretty lake-side village) if you want to inspect the ski slopes or go biking, paragliding, etc. |
