I think the 2 draglifts on the beginners slopes are free in Les Carroz (Grand Massif area). It's supposed to be a picturesque, family-orientated resort. We're going there on 6 March, so will be able to report back. I guess that's too late for you M-G?

Why wouldn't you be able to share a pass? Do you mean that if two people wanted to ski a half day each but it was the same half day - I can understand not sharing in that circumstance. But if the two people wanted to ski a different half day each, I wouldn't see anything wrong with sharing. Surely the pass entitles one adult to use the lift, so as long as the two people didn't want to use the lift at the same time, that would be ok? I can't imagine many people wanting to do it anyway as most people want to ski together. Allie |

Oooh there's a new film coming out soon about some people who get left on a chair lift! It's called Frozen. It looks scary. Someone was talking on here on another thread about that happening in real life.

My little 'un doesn't like the button lifts as she's not very quick at grabbing the thing as it whizzes past  In Niederau last year the lifties used to slow it down to make it easier for her to grab.
