I think that you have been out voted re La Ros...the only reason to go there is the link to la thuile !

but its such a vast area ...really nice and friendly and relatively affordable..I was there (Campitello) in January ..a really nice area...but you wont ski it all lol

you would have been better flying to Verona,,the other option is hiring a car but that depends on how many you are...its not a bad journey ..about 3 hours but if you do make sure you have plenty of petrol as a lot of the garages only take some special cars ..or cash in a machine at the weekends

if you have a car also you could get the skirama pass and ski the whole area

stayed i one in Jan..typical French studi..double couch and two bunk beds in the hallway ..It was OK and cheap enough for the week ..but it depends what you want
