After reading the replies on my thread it seems that the outside/inside edge like you would normally carve is the way to do it.

I think it was snowbandit (or bandit) that said think of it as \\ rather than /\ - a great analogy I think. 2 inside edges sounds very hard work!!

I guess (I will tell you a week today) that they mean only a slight edge rather than one that goes right across the slope.
