I regularly recommend G and C although luckily dont have need to use it myself although maybe I should. Years ago my Mum had to go on a waiting list to have a hip replacement she was going to have to wait about 2 years, good old NHS. Her consultant told her to use G and C until she had the op. She had such success with it, she felt she did'nt need the hip op. I told her she still should have the op and she did with great success. But it just shows what relief it can give.
