I hadn't realised that - worth noting!

Well the first thing you should do is check that...

Seriously, do get it looked at by a professional - hopefully (fingers crossed for you) it's just a strain but if you have damaged yourself then you need to know.

Look after yourself; you'll have plenty more ski trips.

The BBR is a pretty obvious ski and it won't take a tea-leaf long to locate them both... even if they're not watching you as you arrive.

I would've thought it'd be top of the list of skis to nick - definitely lock, or don't leave unattended.
It's arrived...

Nissan X-TRAIL presents an exclusive screening of Warren Miller's 62nd ski and board film, 'Like There's No Tomorrow' at the O2 on 9th December.

NOTE - This is a FREE screening, but you must reserve tickets via the link below

Not only will it contain all the adrenaline-fuelled action from the film, which features the world's best skiers on peaks and steeps as far flung as India, Alaska, New Zealand and Chile, but we will also be joined by one of the world's most accomplished big mountain skiers, Chris Davenport.

A former Alpine skier, Chris made his mark in the freeskiing community when he won the 1996 World Extreme Skiing Championships in Alaska – he has since completed expeditions to ski the 14ers, climb Everest and made many significant first descents around the world. Chris will be introducing this year's film (which he also stars in) and giving us his top tips for hitting the slopes in an interval Q&A session. Once the film is over, fans will get the opportunity to meet Chris, get his signature and have their photo taken with this skiing legend.

Also, simply by attending this screening, every ticket holder will be entered into a free prize draw to win a brand new Nissan XTRAIL, plus there will be a whole host of other ski and board prizes up for grabs.

This event is open to everyone, tickets are completely free and are being snapped up fast – all you have to do is head to www.warrenmiller.co.uk/o2xclusivescreening to register for tickets.
