I am still alive!! Been looking at hols, nothing taken my fancy. The peeps I went away with are in a sunny holiday.

Just booked tickets to watch England at Twickenham on 27 May, and also goodwood in June

But then there is Goodwood Festival of Speed in June. So out comes the tent :D

I get cream all over the inside of my lid when i do that :roll: ;)

We do Self catering every year. We do the following:-

- bacon, like you say cant live without the stuff!!
- Tea bags, French tea is cr*p (no offence, but it is!)
- Quick mixes for casserole/chilli etc. But we eat in every night as I enjoy cooking :D

We then stop at a carrefour or the like on the way to get other essentials - beer, gin, wine, milk, meat etc. It is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than in resort :thumbup:

This year for 4 we spend €170 in Carrefour in Moutiers for 4 peeps for a week :)
