i've been looking at all your ideas for security and will probably do the lot. the qr code, the ski shop sticker, the lock. we did take the winter sports package out but one of the clauses is that'you must excercise reasonable supervision for the safety of your property'does that include sitting outside but not seeing who took it? will have to be careful with the wordin on that one.also that you need a written police report which he has got(albeit in french) thank you so much for all your advice and wish me luck with the insurance

my son had his brand new snowboard stolen today in morzine/avoriaz from outside a restaurant.he was sitting outside at the time but didn't see it happen. just want to know what do we do next time he buys one,is there any type of lock or can you take them inside with you,or do you just have to sit outside whatever the weather and keep an eye on it. feel so gutted for him.
