Hi, the cam was a Muvi by Veho. It is a tiny cam that you can clip places or use elastic to wrap around you head. They are pretty cool and only £50. They are smaller than your thumb.

Amazon and eBay have them.

Does anyone know any TO's that offer 10 day Ski holidays?
The big names seem to have a 10 day option in the search section of the website but only seem to return 7 day results....

Being a spectacle wearer i bought some OTG goggles but never wore them, but they were a bargain in the millets sale.
I wore contacts and wore sunglasses everyday. I used my standard goggles for an hour or so in really bad wind but took them off when i got to a lower altitude.

As for clothes.....

Well i bought three micro fleeces for a mid layer and never wore any of them. I wore a base layer and my ski jacket and i was sweating like hell. Skiing isn't as gentle exercise as it looks.
Two pairs of socks lasted me all week (skiing only) i did put nice ones on for meals out!

His father was a very proud man, having had to bail him out of situations a few times, but he had paid for his Dad to come on this trip as a way of thanking him.
A couple of thoroughly decent blokes who make you put your own life into perspective, and who were good company on and off the slopes.

Now, could this be the first known case of ADHD in ADH?????

Those guys always tell the best stories and offer the best advice.
My brother is reformed smack head and serious alcoholic.....he always tells me the truth and where i am going wrong......he knows so much about life that i don't

Kids bones heal quick don't they???
A tough one that as aborting is probably not really an option as your insurance is unlikely to pay out for the whole family just because one injured.
I am sure they expect you all to go without him and just pay out on him!!! Scandalous.
But i could be wrong.

If he is a good skiier i am sure all he has to worry about is falling. If it were me i would wrap it up tight and go for it......but i am no doc.

The certificate is simply something the ski school gives out and my guess is it means nothing really. Probably just to make you feel good after a week of lessons.....Mine says i have achieved 'intermediate' while my wife's says 'snow plough turns'.
I suppose it is some kind of proof you have had some training and that is all.

Our lessons were 3hrs a day. 9am till 12pm. With the exception being Monday when it was 10-12 then 2-3.
There is no test at all, its very informal. Our class started with around 20 students that after day two were split into two groups, those that were progressing fast and those that needed more help. My wife and i were spilt up which was fine by me!!!! lol.
The time goes quick as you often grab a chairlift and go miles out which takes an hour or so to ski back at a stop/start pace. We also stopped for coffe sometimes at a mountain shack.

Its all great, being outdoors in the mountains is wonderful and i was also worried that an indoor snowdome my not give me that sense of wonder that i now knew skiing the great outdoors would do.....i didn't want it to put me off either.
