I have to agree with Ally, trying out kit and learning are the only reason i will go back. The fun is just not there.
I am going to be buying my own boots this year so i expect to be there on a few occasions before next season. |

Ski cross is awesome, first time i have really watched it and i need to read up on the rules.
Whats the score with contact? Can you just wipe out your opponent? |

Price is scandalous, £25 for an hour.
But after an hour i had pretty much had enough anyway. You can only go up and down the same small slope for so long before you get bored. |

All the boots i have worn tend to pinch on my ankles so i defo need to get a decent pair soon. I think there must be a sale due soon!!!! Anyone know of good fitters in the east midlands??? |

Well it was fun. But also disappointing.
I think it is better than no skiing but the damn slope is just too short. The boots were rubbish, they hurt like hell. Time to buy my own i think. Would i go again...? Yes but not for a while. |

I don't doubt that it is not going to be anything like the real thing. But its a day out with the family and i know my daughter will love the tubing so that will make me smile! I suppose we all have to try it for ourselves and make our own judgements. What are you thoughts on Dry slopes? |
