Whilst I partly agree with Wickers as kids need to be encouraged to do sport I can also see the other side.
a. they use the same lifts so it costs the operators the same. b. they often need to be on the same lift as parents...this sometimes means chair lifts go up half full c. Some operators stop the lifts for kids to get on and off and thus slows the whole process for everyone else d. (They inflate the cost of MY b****y holiday by insisting on going in school holidays!! ) However in principle I believe he is right although I would be happier if lift passes in general were cheaper |

Well I think that sounds like pretty good value and would come if it wasn't for the small problem of working in a school. Next year maybe!!

Try Italy, far cheaper than France, better or as good food, no snotty french manners or above themself ESF "guiders". Aosta valley was epic , lots to do, try La Thuile and get a direct comparison by skiing to La Rosiere

Having talked to several folks who have had their kit nicked I now use a combination lock and chain and have "bar coded" my skis with name, address and e-mail and then stuck that to the top surfaces with resin. Not perfect but will hopefully deter most. Insured as well but that does'nt help a deal when you are left with no skis 10000 feet up a mountain :D

Mine is also very similar just missing out the herb tea, also from Jentschura.
Rice cakes with almond butter.Salmon, brown rice and kale. And a green tea. Maximuscle protein shake.(not needed...my body is in fine shape)and ginger chicken stir-fry. This is being replaced by Doom Bar (slimmers variety), Gin and Tonic...no lemon, but plenty of ice, an early evening pizza and chips (easy on the tomato sauce)swilled down with a fruity Italian red. AND just before bed, a single malt whisky (must not mix your whisky) |
