Well that depends on how you pack. We get 20kg per suitcase and then ski carriage. It doesn't really state the weight of the ski carriage except that the bag should only contain skis + poles. Balls to that. my ski bag is packed with one set of skis, poles, 2 pairs of ski boots and my apres boots, prob some towels too. From what i understand no one ever really gets the ski bag weighed or checked. That leaves plenty of space in my case for my other clothes and essentials. Then there is my hand luggage which is a rucksack full of heavy stuff like my laptop. I think we will be fine. |

Any recommendations for the cheapest transfer to Les Carroz from Geneva Airport?

After speaking to a few TO reps last year i would be tempted to turn and take a chance.
Apparently all you need to do is ask all the reps around at the airport that are collecting holiday makers if you can stow away on their bus. I think a 20 euro note for the evenings beer fund is all you need. :-) |

I have to agree with Andy on this one Tony. I don't think its a case of Skiing becoming more dangerous its just that people are more willing to claim nowadays and insurance companies are now looking for ways to minimise payout by what ever means they can. I think it would be fairer to offer discounts should you choose to wear protection or perhaps make non wearers pay a premium in a similar way we do to ski off piste (certain policies). |
