Corriere della Sera has list of confirmed cases on a region by region, province by province basis
https://www.corriere.it/salute/malattie_infettive/20_marzo_03/coronavirus-italia-positivi-morti-bollettino-3-marzo-regione-regione-94d10106-5d67-11ea-ad92-9d72350309c8.shtml the numbers in brackets are the increase in the number of confirmed cases since Monday. The Italian government is expected to announce the closure of all the schools and universities in the country from tomorrow in the next few hours. They are also considering locking down some parts of Bergamo after a spike in infections there. People have also been told keep a distance of at least one metre from other people, greet each other from afar without kisses, hugs or handshakes, avoid crowded places, not to go out even if they only have a light fever and to stay at home if they are over 75 or 65 but are not in good health. Unfortunately, the Italian authorities haven't been able to identify "patient zero" which makes it difficult to contain the spread of the virus. It is very likely that there are a lot more people infected with it than the official figures suggest. The Netherlands has advised its citizens to avoid "non-essential" trips to northern Italy because of the coronavirus. The advice concerns the regions of Valle d'Aosta, Piedmont, Lombardy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Liguria. Here in Switzerland the number of cases has increased from 54 to 93 since yesterday. The head of the Communicable Diseases Division at the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health today said "The situation is serious and is becoming more and more serious." |

In the case of ski lifts I don't think it will be too much of a problem if individual skiers won't comply, they will likely to have their lift passes cancelled and if there is general resistance the lift company will probably shut the lift. Anybody not complying with the degree including lift company managers, bar owners etc. will be liable to prosecution.
The number of confirmed cases in Italy has doubled in the last 48 hours, there is widespread community transmission in Lombardy and the hospitals there are under severe strain, most of the beds in the IC wards are occupied by people infected with the virus. The head of Italy's National Health Institute has said that the next seven days will be "decisive" in stopping the spread of the virus. If the measures put in place so far do not result in a slow down then more restrictive measures will likely have to be put in place. |

Two! The "Droplet" decree also requires that the distance between people in all bars, restaurants, shops, museums and churches etc. is at least one metre. Presumably skiers will also have to stand a metre apart in lift queues.

The Italian government has decreed that ski lift operators in the regions of Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto will only be allowed to continue operating their lifts if they reduce the number skiers in the lift cabins to a maximum of 1/3 of their normal capacity.

"Ski Resorts Exempt From Coronavirus Ban on Big Events" Says Swiss Big Event Organiser

Snowpenair takes place on the 4th and 5th of April, the current ban on large-scale events involving more than 1000 people only applies until the 15th of March!
For events with less than 1000 people the organisers have to carry out a risk assessment in conjunction with the competent cantonal authorities who then decides if it can go ahead. If the situation isn't under control by the 15th of March the ban will likely be extended. Perhaps you could correct your very misleading headline and do a bit of fact checking before you post about Coronavirus related issues in the future. |

You may be able to fly out but will you be able to fly back? The airlines are beginning to suspend services https://www.ansa.it/english/news/2020/02/28/coronavirus-ba-brussels-airlines-cut-italian-services_afcec6ab-b1b7-4a04-ad77-3f1e5b27aecc.html If the virus continues to spread at its current rate it's likely that travel restrictions will be put in place some time next week. Here in Switzerland there are currently 15 confirmed cases and over 100 people are in quarantine, nearly all of the people infected contracted the virus in northern Italy. The Swiss government has just banned all "large-scale events involving more than 1000 people" this includes the Geneva motor show https://www.admin.ch/gov/en/start/documentation/media-releases.msg-id-78289.html |

The virus is highly transmissible and has spread across Italy and into Austria, cases linked to the outbreak in Lombardy have been confirmed in Bolzano and Innsbruck. La Republica has a map showing where the virus has spread to https://www.repubblica.it/cronaca/2020/02/23/news/coronavirus_la_mappa_del_contagio_in_italia_in_tempo_reale-249371656/
Panic buying seems to have started, there are pictures in the Italian press showing empty supermarket shelves. If there is an outbreak where you are planning to stay you could be quarantined, you are unlikely to get any extra skiing as you probably won't be allowed out. If you exhibit flu like symptoms on your return you might have to self-isolate for 14 days. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-51625733 |
