You're right Cortina d'Ampezzo isn't on the list which is a bit strange as other resorts in the province of Belluno in the Vento region are, maybe they have decided to go it alone.
As many of the resorts in that part of Italy have seen mass cancellations as well as a collapse in new bookings it is likely that commercial reasons also came into play. I think it's very likely that the remaining resorts in that region will close. The resorts in Trentino are also going to close on Wednesday https://www.dovesciare.it/news/2020-03-09/trentino-stop-allo-sci-dall11-marzo-il-coronavirus |

The closure of the lifts in the dolomites is reported to be currently under discussion, Dolomiti Superski is in favour but the resorts in the Ortler Ski Arena (Sulden, Reschen, Schnals, Meran 2000, Pfelders, Ulten and Sarntal) are strongly against.

The Italian government are reported to be preparing to lock down Lombardy (population 10 million) and 11 other provinces in northern Italy. The number of people infected has increased by more than 1200 in the last 24 hours. Skiing in these areas will be suspended.
It's probably game over for skiing in Italy this season. |

There are reports of substantial numbers of skiers returning from South Tyrol testing positive for Covid-19 in the German press https://www.suedkurier.de/baden-wuerttemberg/Viele-baden-wuerttembergische-Suedtirol-Rueckkehrer-erkranken-an-Corona;art417930,10461857
The Robert Koch Institute (Germany's public health institute) has now put South Tyrol on its list of risk areas https://www.rki.de/DE/Content/InfAZ/N/Neuartiges_Coronavirus/Risikogebiete.html There are videos in the Italian press showing workers disinfecting gondola lift cabins in Val Gardena https://gazzettadelsud.it/video-dal-web/dalla-rete/2020/03/05/coronavirus-cosi-disinfettano-le-cabinovie-in-val-gardena-98d28c9c-57b0-4edc-afa7-01a35aded4d2/ According to a local press report https://www.tageszeitung.it/2020/03/06/die-coronatest-wahrheit/ the reason that there are no confirmed cases of Covid-19 in South Tyrol is because very few people have been tested for it there. There is no mention of any of this on the South Tyrol tourist information website https://www.suedtirol.info/en/information/coronavirus |
