Knee injuries and information

*sighs* I was at my local dojo working with my Aikido class (actually more like extended family) and we were practicing rolling and I popped out/tweaked my mcl again. Yes of course my Achilles heel. Right now it's at that *makes a whip noise* yee haw stage, it's more sensitive then a cracked tooth. I want to do the rehab right this time. Outside of the whole icing and not break dancing on it. I can bear weight on it, its just bites if I step the wrong way. Any suggestions? :(

There are home units where you can do this in the basement right? I would like to learn how to do this kind of stuff over the winter. And by that I mean the waxing tools

Sounds like my dad. Admin is right. That's gotta be some pretty rank ripe stuff to conjure up some embalming fluid. How would you even get that into a conversation? Something on the order of : Hon your feet stink, try Formaldehyde it works for the no longer living.

if it pickles your feet can you salt them, cut them off and put them in a jar?
Off Topic is grand. Awww Dave you've got a puppy!

Thank you every much guys. Um yeah now would be the time to ask How is the weather? We are focusing on tooling around. Berlin, Munich, down to Mayrhofen and across to Salzburg and really any where else I feel like driving. Is it going to be snowy? (realizes the full extent of asking such an idiosyncratic question willst in the Alps. Avis was fully and completely asinine. I have now checked on the hole 8-9 different companies ranging from the ones at the airport, and local companies and for a automatic it's just insane. The cheapest I found was roughly 530$ USD. Dude my plane ticket was only 100$ USD more. So I'm going to find a friend in the near future who can help me and my sis drive a stick. I'm only planning on going to one resort (
*insert obvious glacier*) and I'm planning on skiing, unless of course the need arises. If I work my money right I may stop at Neidrau

Tino, I just can't seem to stop laughing *high fives* I give it a 10.

Thank god I'm not the only one that has a wider stance. I'm not exactly a skinny skier, so having a wider stance is Great! * Notes the DJ brace* Yay just like mine!

Lame I'm sorry that's just lame. You want to know where I learned to carve? A random guy that was with his family helped me ski (ski for the first time since my accident). I get most of my help from other skiiers. I'm a social butterfly. The fact that you couldn't help some one out is a load of crap. I can understand it may be a liability issue but come on. Helping people should NEVER be a bad thing *grabs kitty and goes to sleep* G' 8) Night all
