At it's highest around my place it was $4.25 and the today I got it for 2.43. I haven't seen it that cheap since my (ironically) last trip to Breck

Ah ha! This brings back a GREAT memory from the resort that I worked at. Us folks in the Midwest had a TERRIBLE blizzard in February 08 and it dumped over 4 feet (about a meter) on our tiny resort. Late opening, but so much more fun.

You want the driest snow you can find (Colorado I believe. It'd probably behoove you to stay out of deep snow you can't get out of. :oops:

In the mid west we are happy with a 4-5 foot base. But then again it's the midwest and the season doesn't start till January and it ends in March.
