I can confirm that Easyjet did buy GB Airways from BA as one of my friends flies for Easyjet (out of West Mids) and another for GB (out of Gatwick). Both of these guys used to fly for BA direct and both say how much better Easyjet are. GB Airways are still being integrated into Easyjet so the routes may not all show up.

For those wanting to confirm j2ski forcasts may want to also check out the link below. I use the website in the link below to check precipitation levels quite regulary (as I run events, mainly outdoors) and have found it pretty acurate. Its worth keeping an eye on and comparing it to the forcast on here as that also gives you the freezing level. It is basically backing up the j2ski forcast for europe this weekend so fingers crossed.

The O'neill campack is £250.00 and I managed to get a real bargain as I did a straight swap. I returned the campack and took away a few day old demo POV.1 which had no or very little use and was still all boxed and looks like its never been used. The POV.1 retails at £549.00 which is a lot but I have tested it around the house and at work and it seems a great camera.
Obviously I had a real bargain and the company I did the deal with even emailed me to say that I had recieved nearly to good a deal. If your interesed let me know and I will pass on their details as they may have a few more demo units for sale but you may not get the same price as I think they regretted selling it to me for that especially as I am sure the unit was new and had only been removed from the box and turned on a couple of times and had seen no action at all. Hi SkiGirl,
I have been looking at head cams for my christmas ski trip and couldnt wait for the O'neill H Series Campack. It is a sd recorder with goggle camera all built into a rucksack with a handy button on the rucksack strap to turn on/off and start / stop recording. All sounded great. However when I recieved it, I found that when recording a loud buzzing was always present. The microphone worked but the buzzing on the footage was annoying. It may have just been a faulty unit but the retailer I purchased it from tried a few more and all of them were the same so prehaps they had a faulty batch (which they were looking further into). As I was not happy with the buzzing I exchanged the Campack for a POV.1 which I absolutely love.... Yes its more expensive but its great. The only problem being that there is no led on the wireless remote to let you know when you are recording and you have to switch it on and off on the main unit. However the quality is amazing and you can also reformat an 8gb sd card to work with it although it specifies a maximum of 2gb. All in all I am glad that i now have the POV.1 and cant wait to try it out on the slopes. You may want to look at www.actioncameras.co.uk as they have a wide selection of cameras although there are also many other online retailers. I hope this helps. |
