Two of the lifts go down to the town so there is lift in/lift out available. You can also stay in Hoechsoelden as well, which might well be ski in ski out by then. |

Cheers fella. Its just really that they have a few ruts in and have been overwaxed, or thats what it looks like.
They go very very slow, is the main problem. |

Thats a really good deal. I'll be looking out for that one at Cas.
Only tried their set ups a few times, find on a crowded slope the run up and ramps for the little rails aren't really suited to the approach needed on boards. Anyway, nice to see another skiboarder in the UK. Need to get myself some Revel8's, riding old lines at the mo. Did you import? |

Only place I've ever had a problem is when at an indoor ski centre, quite painful actually, and the only way I can get round it is by wearing goggles, which I don't tend to do unless in really, really bad conditions outdoors, I'm usually a sunglasses kinda guy.

The best stuff I've found is the 'budget' range Spyder do - its very low key for them - all black. Picked up a top and 'leggings' for 55 quid, wheras all my other undergarments prior to this were twenty pounds max from TK Maxx, but the difference is notable both in warmth and that the cheapo stuff starts to pong a bit after plenty of wears and washes, definately worth the difference.

Hi folks.
I have a pair of original mid-90s skiboards (not blades) with a cutaway 'grind' pad under the binding area. I reckon they need grinding. Does anyone know if these will fit in a base grinding machine? I'm told by someone that used to work as a ski tech that they wouldn't fit through the machine he used, but others have told me there are different ways of doing it? Anybody know enough to advise? |
