broom is right about the boots,but i would not buy the cheap outfits ,i did and as soon as returned home from my first trip i bought a brand new set of clobber ,buy the best you can afford

my wife has only i pair of skis but i have 2 ,i pair i have for bashing the piste and the other ,alot fatter for the off piste, park ,trees etc i will just book another ski bag ,i was just trying to keep the cost down, the bag will be fine when i go without the wife as it has conpartments for clothes etc ,and ican take it without having to check a bag in

i could easily take 2 ski bags i was just wanted to keep the cost down ,i have just taken i binding off and they weigh 1 kg each ,i will just tell the wife she will have to hire skis

1 pair of all mountain skis fixed to skis ,pisre skis are on a rail thanks

hi just got a new ski bag that holds 3 pairs of skis the only problem is with 3 pairs of skis in the bag weighs just over 23 kg . the weight allowance with jet2 the firm i generaly fly with is 20 kg,so i neen to reduce the weight by 3 kg ,as i take my skis to be serviced at a local shop i have never touched my bindings etc ,so i was wandering how easy is it to remove them and put them back on without disturbing all the settings etc ,thanks charlie

hi all thinking about a weekend away early march went to samoens last year , and enjoyed it only down side was getting to the ski area as it probaly took 40 mins from leaving apt to ski at 1600, so thi year thinking about ski in ski out at morrilion 1100 just wandered is there any apres there and bars for night also is there a bus service that will take you to different areas. ifso what time is the last bus back ,many thanks charlie :D

:D :D off to val thorens this weekend,after a week of termoil wandering how to get there ,hopefully flying from liverpool tomorrow lunch .i have never been skiing so late before it was a xmas pressie from the wife just packing light shell jackets forecast looks warm,still plenty of snow ,any body been before with some tips apres,good runs,dining,the tobagan run at night etc,thanks will report back on my return :D :D

going to parma for 4 nights ,wanted to go skiing but the boss wanted sun .still got val thorens to look forward to on the snowheads eosb.good times
