We did not get away for another ski trip as planned however, we have used the voucher (won on j2ski) to book a summer break in Austria to tour the Tirol. :D We both love Austria, so have booked a week via Interhome using Kuhtai as a base to tour Western Austria. Hope to spend some time in the mountains and do some scouting for new winter trips. We will also spend some time in Innsbruck and Salzburg.
I will write a report for J2ski on our return. :wink: |

Good Idea Ian, I've just started back at the gym. I do a five mile brisk walk and run on a hill program and do some weights on thighs and calfs. I do this once or twice a week right up to the winter season. It keeps these old bones going however, not sure they will make old bones :(
