I was recommend "Super feet" by local outdoor specialist when buying some hikeing boots, he said they would stop my feet sliding to the front of the boots when walking downhill. He is in the local Mountain Rescue so he should know what he's talking about.I have some in my work boots too. I have bought some for my daughter as she has flat feet like her Dad :shock: I find my feet don't ache as much now ) They come in differnt colors to indicate which overall size you are and you trim them down to size to fit your shoe/boot.

Speaking as someone who has bad feet, bunnions, carbon fibre tendons in one ankle, :cry: I bought my boots second hand when in Saas Fee at least 4 years ago because they were comfortable. I never unclip until its time to take the boots off I don't need to my boots are very comfortable. I have a pair of "Super Feet" inners to help with my flat feet. Problems will start next year when I get my feet sorted and treat myself to some new boots. :shock:

Hi Ihave booked 1hr on the slope from 13.00 Sat 28th of Nov, Cu there, c'mon us Northern Monkeys. I will be wearing my flat cap, eating a drip sandwich the OH will be holding the whippit )

Hi, I will be at Cas from 1.o'clock I will be booking an hour on the slopes for me and O/H, I find an hour is plenty for me, but can always meet in the bar for a chat. )

My O/H thinks it's rude to ski with an i-pod :( so when I am on my own I like to listen to the Beach Boys, beacause the music is associated with a completely different pastime/weather. Get of the chair lift at the top of the mountian, put on "God only Knows" :)
