I've been to Les Carroz. I really liked it. Would go again.

If you book with Skiset, the choice is made for you. They have a category called Teens which they define as age 12-15. Younger than that it's Children and older than that it's Adult. Not sure about resort hire shops.
(That was for France. Didn't bother to check if it's any different if you put in other countries)

Not a member, but I thought it sounded too good to be true so I looked at their website. It says members get "up to 25% discount". The key words are "up to". I wonder how many people get the full 25%?
