In Canada + oddly Australia the Scottish accent is a key to a whole new world (or league).

In that case definitely speak to them about Banff (Fairmont Banff Springs is magic) and Big White.

thank god for that. You will have no problems with that budget I don't imagine and 3* would be attainable I don't know a great deal about Europe but Banff in Canada is worth a look-would be awesome at Xmas-truly white.
