I'm really enoying watching the olympics. My youngest and I were up until 12:10am watching it last night.
we've enjoyed the biatholon, the speedskating and the freestyling with the moguls was bloody mental :shock: Can't wait for the snowboardcross. go Zoe :thumbup: the luge was very sad. rip young man :thumbup: |

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I've read about the benefits of organic apple cider vinegar.
Ive been drinking it for the last couple of weeks (a sip every so often throughout the day) and not only have I not felt bloated, my weight hasn't fluctuated like it usually does, also my mood has been better and I think my skin is a little better. I'd recommend it. In fact, I've recommended it to mr betty. I'm really hoping I'm not wrong. I wasn't expecting all these results so it can't be psychological |
