I'd disagree with that, as I find prosecco a much more pleasant and easier drink than champers, with the exception of a 2000 Bollinger which is/was exceptional.

As for cava, that's a very poor mans prosecco. Horrendous stuff.

The only thing that comes close to Champers is like I have said before "Australian Sparkling".
Prosecco granted is better than Asti and is a pleasent drink .... but it has got to be champers to continue in Top spot, followed by Australian Sparkling, Prosecco and last Cava. :thumbup:
