I did something to my knee last season in 3V and found that a Lonsdale knee support ( neoprene and Velcro) excellent and MUCH better than tubigrip ..only £4.49 from Sports direct

I didn't know they had put on a bus ...used to be 10 levs in a droshky...or a long walk

to go back to the original question...I take freeze-spray and Ibuprofen gel ...along with the usual hangover cures

I ski on 190s Rossy 9xts from 1996 and I love them ... longer skis ...the stabilty .I still have my 1999 head carvers ...and I learned on 213s,..with cable bindings and double lace up boots...ah the blisters from the continual re tightening

only 4 for me ...set off on Friday for the GM ...have a great birthday and a wonderful week and enjoy 3V ..its a great skiing area.....

ps Still have space for 1 one in the car......
