they said it would be 6weeks to recover fully which means i may be ok to ski at new year! if not im taking my camera for sure and getting some sorts of the mens world cup downhill!
im going to tactically ignore the italian comment........

thanks trencher-i dont have a photo atm of it healed but it has healed pretty well
will post one soon to compare its pretty smooth now!

I have exactly the same scar!!! except it is now 20 years old.
On the other side of my ankle i have a round scar where my ankle done was screwed on......urgh!

And at 17 years old i sat watching them slit me open and unscrew the pins after 6 months!!
