First day tends to be an easy day on the slopes, just getting the ski legs going. Of course because it's transfer day the slopes are empty. Tired yes, too tired for a great day on the mountain? No.
Looks like we might not be able to go by train at the end of Feb as engineering work mean that they are not running on some dates.

Trains are good, most British people don't get this cos they are crap in the UK with the exception of those leaving the UK.

I have been on the old style Disco carriage Ski Train. Interesting trips :shock:

I thought not having spring, autumn & winter was a fair enough trade, don't know what a disco train is, but can I have one anyway. :cry:

Brooksy, the Disco carriage on the ski train, partied all night while the train trundled slowly down the French rail network. Great if you were planning to sleep after arrival. Not much use if you want to actually go skiing :lol: Unless you had serious stamina!

I think that there must have been a lot of dancing in beer and sick :cry:
