Unless there are some California/Alaska members (Brad ?) , I might be the last to say on Christmas eve, MERRY CHRISTMAS J2SKIers.
Yes, about 60cm in three days. Looking forward to a third morning of digging out, and the drive belt has gone on the snow blower. Then a two hour drive through a blizzard to the inlaws. God bless us, every one.
Actually drove in a real white out, coming home from Xmas away, several years ago. It isn't the depth of snow that's the problem (aside from the occasional drift). It's that you can not see anything at all. Sometimes not even the front of the bonnet. So you crawl along at 5mph, looking out the side window for signs of the edge of the road, waiting to bump into something, and hoping to find somewhere to safely stop for a while.
