In fact, I think it would be really interesting to see everyone ski-ing on video. I sort of guess how people ski, from the way they type, and I may be totally wrong.

I would gladly do that Ally, but no one has ever thought my skiing worth videoing!

I have been thinking about how I might attach my Lumix digital camera to me, and do a run down the Mercanweissl, without damaging either me or the camera.

Looking at your vids Tony and noticed your favourite "On the Piste" and nearly wet myself watching it - did anyone get a full copy of the series? Would love a copy.

I have a copy of the full episode. Very funny, but hideously dated now.

Damn, I never look at that countometer thing. If you take out all the times I have been rude to Tony, remove all the rubbish things I have written, lift out everything I have said under the influence of red wine, and everything written after 12.oo midnight, that leaves just, err, errm, three messages. Nope, discount this, thats two. :shock:

Dave Mac,
I would love to see a video of you ski-ing, but please don't kill yourself in the process. Can't you teach anyone to ski fast enough so that they can video you?

I guess thats the point Ally. Most times, I just ski non-stop top to bottom. If I'm with folk, we wait for each other, then go. 42 years of skiing, and I hardly have any action photos. Heaps of skiing though!
