Evening, well thats me through the door with a nice cup of tea. Wickers and Admin left us at about 6.30, so it was me, Snowbandit and Scapula left holding the beers, I mean fort.

Pleasant day, although I was somewhat disappoined by the show. I guess 3 years running and it wears a little thin. Plenty of gear on sale if you are looking but no really good bargains. S&R and EB continue to churn out designer stuff at high prices.

The Zillertaller Bar should be closed due to trading standards. There was no Zillertaller beer, instead we had to put up with Carlsberg Export and about £1000 a bottle. Rubbish.

However, the up side of it all was meeting up with some super people:
Admin Dave as chirpy and kind as ever, top bloke he is. I would like to ski with him sometime.
Wickers was very well behaved I might add. Another top geezer indeed, always got a laugh and a one liner.
Bandit as knowledgeable and warm hearted as usual, always got some advice to give and experience to share. She is a real diamond.
Snowbandit and Scapula, proper sarf Landoners and full of smiles and funny stories, and possibly the only person in the world I have ever come across who posts on a Tortoise Forum. We need to find the URL for this, trust me, it sounds amazing.....
And MFC and his lovely lady who came down for a couple of days and must have cleared his bank account out judging by the number of bags Mrs MFC was carrying as they disappeared to get their train home. I reckon these 2 would be a right giggle on a ski holiday.

Very nice to meet you all, and I hope everyone has a cracking season 2009/10.

Oh, I didn't buy those Scott Neo's in the end. But I am going to keep in touch with the lady selling them just in case......

I really feel like I missed out but some of us had to work :cry:

One Jagermeister a those prices...funny thing is there was a Jagermeister stall next to the Zillertal bar sellig whole bottles for only £15! I paid a tenner for two shots! :evil:
