Sleeps till ski time

We are starting to get excited here. Got all the ski stuff out yesterday and the skis are all serviced.

First trip in 6 days to Andorra for an overnighter. Then Vars on the 22/12 for a week. Only other trip planned is another Andorra weekend on 8/3.

Can't wait.

Getting excited, but when do you start packing, Mrs S, has already started and we 21 days to wait !!!! Can't the day before do ?

I started putting stuff in my suitcase the day I booked in September :) Only problem is I keep having to take the odd bit out here and there...

I think it's a good idea to check everything several weeks before - like passport and EHIC card are in date, skiwear still fits (not too fat for it), got all required insurance paperwork, tickets etc.

But I generally don't actually pack until about an hour before I leave! I just shovel everything out of my ski drawer and into my suitcase, which takes about 5 minutes :)

97 days. Jeepers this is taking ages

I did an Ally yesterday and checked that the salopettes still fitted! Our stuff pretty much stays out all winter as we manage quite a few day/weekend trips!

Jsted booked the hotel for this weekend - 90€ for the 4 of us half oard for the night in Soldeu. We don't really care where as we will drive down early Saturday, ski the day, hit the hotel and then check out after breakfast to hit the slopes again :)
