Now I am still enjoying my daily double shots BayerMeister (Effervescent Aspirin +C). And, as in many past occasions, I promise myself that "next year" I'll do a much better job at getting in shape before my first days of ski... :oops:

Although I struggle with the sleeps thing as it could be over 100.........
Is it two sleeps when the cats wake me up butchering a mouse at the end of the bed?
And where does one stand with that sneaky little post lunch snoozette???
Is this counted as an extra sleep?
