I read this report http://www.alpedhueznet.com/whats_new_article.php?id_whats_new=6340&id_back=1 about a group of skiers stuck in Alpe d'Huez. The question is though, do you sit with the driver? get towed behind the basher or stay for free drinks? :D :D

Blimey!
I had lunch at La Grange on the last day in ADH and used the Alpette cable car several times during the week.
Bit of a change in weather since then!!!!

But imagine free vin chaud followed by a ride up front in the piste basher sounds great. :D

I would have opted for the free drinks and ride in a piste basher later.

Really - I'm the other way round - can't stand wine usually but warm it up with a bit of sugar and a few spices and it's quite drinkable.
