I've seen the weather is predicted to get up to 16ºC in Megeve, 14ºC in Chamonix for at least a few days this week.
What effect will that have on the skiing?
Is that "end of" until a fresh snow fall, or nothing to worry about?
Too warm?

Unless you plan on doing your skiing "in Town" don't worry about the temps. It does generally get colder as you go higher. Plan to download to save your skis )
How did you get a piccy of Mrs W
  Actually, if you view the source for it, you will discover that it is really Nelly
Your saying Mrs W is really Nelly :!: :!: :!:

It means you will be lucky and possibly get a very good tan
Don't forget to drink plenty of liquid if it does get warm, as you will perspire heavily in usual ski gear.
