Important Information
Please inform Pine Trees Hotel Pitlochry in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the rooms in the hotel are situated on the first and second floor and there is no lift. Porterage is available at all times. The hotel are happy to accept dogs by prior arrangement, provided that they are quiet and well behaved. There is a nightly charge for this and owners are held responsible should any damage occur during their stay. Pine Trees Hotel Pitlochry does not accept reservations for more than 4 rooms. Guests must advise the hotel in advance of any children wishing to use the sofa beds.

This spacious, ground floor room with an en suite bath and a separate shower features free Wi-Fi, Sky channels, a walk-in wardrobe and dressing room. It is possible to accommodate up to 2 young children in this room on request. There is a charge of GBP 47 per extra bed for bed & breakfast. Situated a short walk away from the main building.
