A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit via bank transfer. Bed linen and final cleaning are included. Guests must leave the kitchen utensils clean at check-out. Extra beds for children may come at an additional cost.
