This family-run hotel enjoys a very quiet location in the centre of Matrei in East Tyrol, offering a perfect atmosphere for guests looking for an upscale 3-star hotel. The ski area is only a few minutes away, and the ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Part of your dream holiday comes true with the individually designed rooms and apartments of this beautifully designed hotel. A large part of the hotel was reconstructed in 2007. As a national park hotel, the architects focused on wood and glass as building materials. Relax in the new spa area after a wonderful day outside, and enjoy a view of mountains, pastures and villages. Sit by the fire and admire architectural features created with stone, clay, wood, and water, which were inspired by the surrounding landscape.
