Cosy chalet "Seeberg", built in 1973, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Lenk, in a quiet, sunny position, located by a road, in the countryside, south-east facing position. For shared use: meadow. Table tennis, patio, children's playground. In the house: ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Shop 1.8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Lenk" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 1.8 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 1.7 km, riding stables 2 km, cable car, skisport facilities 800 m, ski school 1.5 km, children's ski school, cross-country ski trail 800 m, ice rink 1.7 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence.

"Chalet Seeberg", 3-room apartment 44 m2, on the upper floor, south-east facing position, partly with sloping ceilings, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Living/sleeping room with 2 beds, satellite-TV and video. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Small balcony 6 m2, west facing position, patio. Deck chairs (2). Nice view of the mountains, the countryside and the forest. Reserved parking. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
