In a hamlet, outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Frutigen, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: nice, well-kept garden with lawn and flowers. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. Private: lawn sunning area. Paddling pool, outside shower. In the house: ski storage, washing machine (for shared use), drying room. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) in the grounds. 4-room apartment 115 m2, on the upper ground floor, bright, renovated, simple, practical and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with dining table, radio and wood burning stove. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. 1 children's room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, ceramic glass hob, electric coffee machine) with dining table heater. Bath/WC. Nice view of the mountains, the countryside and the forest. Please note: non-smokers only. Access to the children's room from the double bedroom. 1 additional shower/WC/hand basin outside the apartment on the lower ground floor.
