Südwind - Description

This well-equipped 1-bedroomed appartment is located on the second floor of this family-run house. The seperate kitchen has a microwave, oven and dishwasher, and the living room has recently been refurnished, with more than enough seats for the max 4 that the appartment can sleep. There is balcony access with great view from the living room and bedroom, and the bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Located between the Speiereck and Katschberg ski areas, and 800m outside the centre of the village. Perfectly placed for stables, bike track, cross-country skiing track and ski-bus! The Lungau is one of the sunniest regions of Austria with more than 200 sun hours yearly!
