This well-equipped 1-bedroomed appartment is located on the second floor of this family-run house. The seperate kitchen-diner has a microwave, oven and dishwasher, and the living room has recently been refurnished, with more than enough seats for the max 4 that the appartment can sleep. There is balcony access, with great view, from the living room Located between the Speiereck and Katschberg ski areas, and 800m outside the centre of the village. Perfectly placed for stables, bike track, cross-country skiing track and ski-bus! The lungau is one of the sunniest regions of Austria with more than 200 sunny hours yearly!
