At the edge of the charming village of Mittersill, near the entrance roads and the covered swimming pool, you will find this well maintained first floor apartment. You will immediately notice the enormous space you have at your disposal, 90 m2! You have 3 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Mittersill is popular in the summer due to its many activities and central location. The immediate vicinity offers many walking and mountain sports, as well as an 18 hole golf course. You can explore the entire area on Tauern cycle route on your bike. You can cool off in the nearby Hollersbacher See.

Skiing, nordic skiing, snowboarding or ski touring, everything is possible in the wonderful Kitzbühel ski area, and the lifts are within easy reach with the free ski bus. Sled, snowshoe, or take a sleigh ride in the area, and going sledding in the evening on the longest natural luge track in Europe (14 km) in nearby Bramberg is highly recommended - there is even a free 'Sled Train' on Friday evenings.
