In the district of Hochrindl - Kegl 7 km from the centre of Sirnitz, 8 km from the centre of Ebene Reichenau, 30 km from the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, 350 m from the ski-run. For shared use: natural garden. Barbecue, children's playground. Private: terrace (40 m2), garden furniture. In the house: infrared sauna, central heating. Linen change weekly. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 400 m, bathing lake 22 km. Golf course 17 km, riding stables 6 km, ski lift 600 m, ski runs 250 m, ski school 1.3 km, toboggan-run 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 250 m. Please note: car essential. The house is an excellent starting point for summer and winter sports such as skiing, hiking and mountain biking. The well-known ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Turracherhöhe are approx. 22 km away. Lake Goggausee (approx. 20 km), Lake Millstatt (approx. 36 km) and Lake Wörthersee (38 km) can be reached easily by car. Toboggan run 1.3 km. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The ski run is approx. 250 m away from the house and the next ski lift is 500 m away. The beautiful terrace is wind-protected and secluded and offers a fantastic view. There is a small granny flat in the house, which is occasionally occupied by the homeowner (private entrance).
